As Team Lead People Operations, I am responsible for payroll processes. Degura provides our team with company pension plans. We are able to manage all company pension planning processes via a digital platform.

They inform our employees about what is possible and what they can do with company pension plans to save money for the future.

They take care of almost everything, such as employee consulting, contract management, order processing with insurers. So everything is done by Degura, which saves us a lot of time.

I was really looking for young people who understand what our employees are going through and what's behind it.

The feedback we received was really great in the beginning and since then we haven't heard as much from our employees on this topic, which is really a good sign for us because it shows us that with Degura, our employees really have the best experts at their side and that everything works by itself, which is really great for us.
